I gasped, pain shooting down my spine, forcing me to the ground. It felt like there was something in my veins, writhing around, trying to burst up through my skin. I screamed, and bit down on my leg, my sharp, powerful teeth cutting right through my granite-like skin. But it didn't make the pain leave.
Death had come to me, and this was the final time. I feel backwards, still. My final thought was " I'm so sorry, Seth. And Lacey and John. I'm sorry I can't be used for whatever you needed me for. I love you all so much."
