Family: Lives with her "brother" and his mate in a town bordering the Canadian border in Montana. Her 'brother' Antonio is 176 years old, but was changed when he was 22. He has short wavy hair and green eyes. When people ask why Alanna's eyes are lavender they say it was a condition she was born with. Antonio's mate, Genevieve who Alanna calls sister (as in sister-in-law) is 202 years old, but was changed when she was 20. She has stick-straight red hair and dark brown, almost black eyes.
History: Alanna was born in Italy in the year 1910. She and her family lived on the outskirts of town. One night before Alanna's third birthday one of her father's rival set their house on fire. Since Alanna's room was closest to the door, her mother had a chance to get her safely outside and then went back in for her baby sister. That night, she lost her whole family. She wandered into town and was found sleeping under a bridge, half-frozen and hungry by an ancient vampire named Xavier Moretti. Xavier was 1192 years old, but had been changed when he was 42. He (who had always wanted a family of his own, but was unable to because of his... condition) took her into his home and revived her. He raised her as his daughter. On her sixteenth birthday he changed her so that they could live together as father and daughter forever. One day while Alanna was in school, her "father" went hunting in the mountains surrounding a different city than one they lived in. He was attacked by a pack of werewolves. Alanna was left with the house and lived alone in it for 15 years, but she could not leave the house because the people of the village noticed that she did not age and they called her a witch. One dark night the townspeople tried to burn her at the stake. She attacked the man that was coming toward her with a rope and drained him of his blood. The people ran her out of town. That was her first and only attack on a human. She came to the United States where she found Antonio and Genevieve and accepted them as her new family.
Personality: Despite all of the tragedies she has suffered, Alanna is as bubbly as any teenage girl. She loves to read and enjoys playing music. Its very hard not to be friends with her.
